What is the typical lead time for furniture orders?
Most of our custom furniture pieces are handcrafted to order and typically ship within 8 to 12 weeks. In-stock items usually process and ship within 3 to 5 business days.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship small decor items and textiles internationally. Large furniture pieces and lighting are restricted to the continental United States and Canada due to freight requirements.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We accept returns on non-furniture items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original, unused condition. Please note that custom upholstery and 'Final Sale' items are not eligible for return.
How do I track my White Glove delivery?
For large furniture items, our White Glove delivery partner will contact you directly via phone or email to schedule a specific delivery window once the item reaches your local hub.
Are your textiles and rugs handmade?
Yes, many of our pillows and rugs are vintage or artisan-made. Because of this, slight variations in color, weave, and texture are expected and celebrated as part of the item's unique character.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders for in-stock items can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Custom furniture orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they have entered the production phase.
