At Shoppe Amber Interiors, we want you to love your home; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Please note that custom furniture, vintage pieces, and final sale items are considered non-returnable to maintain the integrity of our curated collections.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original shipping materials to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
